Community Control
Community control is a local community having control of issues that directly affect their lives. Implicit in this definition is the clear statement that “local people must determine and control the pace, shape and manner of change and with appropriate decision-making at a local level”. It is vital for a service to be provided on the ground and be run by the people. With advisors and mentors by their side so that the work is relevant and has the maximum impact.

WOMEN Lead Projects
We promote and encourage women to be in power which gives them a stronger voice, authority, influence and responsibility.
It is well recognized that village women invest in their family and are knowledge seekers, not afraid to speak out or ask questions when given a safe platform to express themselves.
